New image enhances the living space of the industry
Li Lingshen, President of China Industrial Textiles Industry Association
2011 is destined to be a year of memory.
The industry is developing steadily in the “extreme attention”. Compared with the bleak stock market and the depressed property market, what can be better than the industry is eager to look forward to. If there are any difficulties or problems, at most, it is "the troubles of growing up." The government's high concern and the guarantee and promotion of industrial policies have led and stimulated industrial enthusiasm; the leading companies in the industry and a group of multinational corporations and other fields have entered the “big names” to demonstrate and drive the structural adjustment and technological innovation of the industry; The "intimate pursuit" of the industry has made the relationship more and more from the predicament of "absurdity and intolerance" to the integration of value chains; in particular, our association has added a large number of new people, and everyone is fulfilling in the practice of service innovation. The appeal of "Guangye and Chongde are equal, preparation and gathering are both concerned"...
Whether it is nostalgia or embarrassment, we have not complained or lost in the past year, only the impulse to fight under passion. At this moment, it is a reflection of the meditation and rationality of the upcoming new beginning.
2012 is destined to be a year of hope worth looking forward to.

Industrial textiles are everywhere. In the future, the brand image of “green, alternative and emerging materials” will enhance the living space and core competitiveness of the industry.
In the new year, a new beginning, praying for industrial textiles has become an eternal force to promote social progress and meet the modern life of mankind!
How to turn "Made in China" gorgeously
International Industrial Textiles Association (IFAI) China Representative Xu Wei
Many Chinese industrial textile companies are mainly export-oriented, and actively explore foreign markets by participating in overseas exhibitions. I was fortunate to meet the familiar Chinese exhibitors' faces at IFAI Expo Americas 2011 held in Baltimore, Maryland, USA from October 25th to 27th last year. They have participated for many years. Some of the IFAI's Americas show is with the group.
During the post-show social activities, some registered visitors from South American countries found me as a representative of China and pulled out some samples from the China Exhibitors booth to ask if I was reliable. Of course, I am confidently responding to them. These Chinese exhibitors are basically members of IFAI, and their products are fully in line with international standards. At the same time, I am also curious about why they are sourcing Chinese products. However, their answer made me slogan - "because China's products are cheap." In the past, Chinese companies occupied the market by price wars. Enterprises suppressed prices with each other. There was no price alliance. Now they have fallen so badly that "Made in China" is cheap. At this time, why did you see some products in the "Made in China" with a line of "Designed in" / "Created in" (design / creation) in other European and American countries.
Recently, I participated in a member conference of an industry association that has some relationship with industrial textiles in China. There were many wonderful speeches at the meeting, which made me understand the information of many domestic industries. The most impressive thing is the "trumpet".
After the association's attention, in recent years, especially since 2008, the price of domestic imported products is much higher than the price of domestic similar export products, mainly because the prices of domestic export products have barely increased in recent years. Can not help but admire those production companies, in the current global economic situation, under the high raw material prices and increasing production costs, it is not easy to maintain the basic price growth.
Outside, there is no pricing power; in addition, the low-cost advantage is gradually lost, which has become the dual driving force to accelerate the technological transformation of enterprises. Many companies hold funds and wait for good project investment, so the situation of everyone going along will happen again, and the price war cannot be avoided. How to make "Made in China" turn around and let consumers around the world see "Made in China" is to see high quality and reliable products. It is a top priority.
The first step in turning "Made in China" is to increase production efficiency. The popularization of mechanical automation is an important means. The second step is to actively explore product improvement channels. Enterprises should step out of the country and study abroad. Product and market trends, even direct dialogue with end-users to understand their needs and perceptions of products to improve, to produce products that truly meet consumers; the third step, companies need to study how to package images, here said Packaging is not a gorgeous dress, but a market strategy; the fourth step may be more difficult, that is, it requires close unity between enterprises, and is consistent with the leadership of domestic industry organizations to form an effective price mechanism for the hope of industrial upgrading. For textile enterprises, it is necessary to pay more attention to the overall deployment of the whole industry; the fifth step is also the future trend. It is necessary to pay more attention to the added value of environmental protection to enterprises, so as to cope with the environmental trade barriers set by overseas importing countries to export enterprises in the near future.
The Chinese people may feel that they generally have a ill, that is, they are somewhat admired. In fact, the people of all countries are the same. Although industrial textiles are not end products or mass consumer goods, they can also create brands and establish a good corporate image. In short, I hope that one day, when those overseas buyers purchase Chinese products again, the first factor to consider is not low prices, but “Made in China” is the guarantee of quality and confidence.
After the small spunbond, the SMS market can be expected
Xie Ming, General Manager of Guangzhou Kelun Industrial Co., Ltd.
In 2011, our company added a chemical thermal bonding non-woven fabric production line. Although the output has increased, the benefits have not increased much. The annual growth rate is expected to be around 10%. The reasons are manifold. The rising prices of raw materials, the rising exchange rate of the RMB, and rising labor costs are all affecting the profit growth of enterprises.
Our company mainly produces all kinds of non-woven fabrics and their products, including impregnation, spunlace, needle-punched non-woven fabrics and various wipes, rags, printed non-woven fabrics, filter materials, non-woven bags and so on. 80% of the products are exported, mainly to the United Kingdom, France, Spain, the United States, Germany and other countries. The European debt crisis has reduced our orders, and the impact on us is still quite large. Last year, I went to the UK, Spain, and Germany to visit and visited the world's largest non-woven fabric manufacturer, Freudenberg. The general feeling is that the export situation is not optimistic.
Now we are talking about product innovation, and we have also developed some new products. If some granules are designed on the nonwoven fabric, the one-time mopping cloth made of the non-woven fabric is very popular among foreign buyers and becomes a product of interest to them. In addition, some foreign companies to other companies do not qualify for the products, quality problems, they get my company to do. These non-woven fabrics with quality problems have serious quality problems due to the addition of excess calcium carbonate. In doing so, the industry has been ruined, and the industry has been disorderly competition, which has caused us to do well in doing well.
My analysis of the industry situation in 2012 is generally not optimistic. Exports are affected by the European debt crisis, and the domestic market is not good. In the past few years, the spunbond industry has launched a large number of small spunbond production lines, which have overdrawn the profit of the spunbond industry in advance. I think the market for SMS (spunbond meltblown composite nonwovens) may be better. The market for Baby diaper
s and adult inco
ntinence products is also very large, which will bring opportunities to our industry.
Protecting the interests of private enterprises cannot be said
Zhao Minzhong, Chairman of Guangdong Junfu Industrial Co., Ltd.
In 2011, the spunbond nonwovens industry faced many difficulties.
First, the financial pressure is great. Banks are reluctant to lend to our private enterprises. Even if they lend, interest rates rise above the benchmark interest rate. The current situation is that interest rates are generally going to rise by 40% to 50%. This is higher than in the 2008 international financial crisis, making it difficult for SMEs to survive.
Second, the return on investment is low. All kinds of tax burdens have been pressured by companies to breathe. For example, we need to invest 400 million yuan to invest in a new spunbond production line. The bank loaned 250 million yuan, self-raised funds of 150 million yuan, and the net return of the company was less than 3%. The bank's return rate should reach 10%, and the government department can have a 5% return. At present, the local government has too many taxes and fees. In addition to value-added tax and business tax, it also has land tax, water fee, flood control fee, and property tax, which makes it difficult for enterprises to invest profitable funds in reproduction. .
Third, manufacturing costs are high. Now that various costs have risen, raw materials, labor, and invisible costs have risen sharply, making companies struggling. Everyone laments that it is too difficult to be a business now. Many entrepreneurs have said that there is really no way to do this.
We are still looking forward to 2012.
First of all, I hope that the state will further implement the "new 36 articles" of private enterprises. The State Council promulgated the "Opinions on Encouraging and Guiding the Healthy Development of Private Investment" (new 36 articles), encouraging and guiding private capital to enter the six specific areas of access and 18 specific industries, but did not really implement them. At present, state-owned enterprises are in a monopoly position in terms of financing, resources, and information. Private enterprises are at a disadvantage with competition. It is difficult to ensure fair competition in the market. How to protect the interests of private enterprises cannot be said.
Secondly, the European debt crisis has intensified, causing changes in the consumption level of European people, resulting in fewer orders. Therefore, expanding domestic sales has become a good strategy for enterprises to cope with the crisis. In terms of expanding domestic demand, industry needs to be considered.
Cultivate professional compound talents
Haiwei Qingxin Materials Group Chief Executive Officer Wei Weicheng
In 2011, I believe that one of the main problems in the nonwovens industry is the low employment rate of professionals, which has hindered the sustainable development of enterprises. Cultivating professional and compound talents in the spunbond industry is an urgent problem for the development of the industry. Then there is the lag in industry standards, which has affected the healthy and sustainable development of the industry. In the case of changes in production costs, market development and marketing models, industry standards are lagging behind, which has hindered industry upgrades, market promotion and expansion of domestic sales. The third is that the sales price of the nonwoven fabric is low, and the production cost is increasing year by year, which expands the difficulty for enterprises to cope with the market.
The expectations for 2012 are mainly to improve internal strength, strengthen the construction of professional talents, and cultivate professional teams. This year, we will team up with a Beijing company to establish our own corporate university. Write textbooks for corporate universities, teaching people. Then there is to improve the overall quality of the company's team and cultivate employees' professional ethics. In this regard, we are going to increase investment, and the purpose is to make the company a better tomorrow. We established Haidongqing (Beijing) Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. in Beijing, mainly through this window to strengthen the connection with production, research and research in research institutes. This year, we will start the "three-five" talent training project of our company.
Smooth development benefits from new technology development
Huang Youpei, General Manager of Dalian Hualun Chemical Fiber (Nonwoven Fabric) Engineering Co., Ltd.
In November last year, we started the trial production of the second two-component hollow orange-shaped microfiber spunbond spunlace non-woven fabric production line invested by China Textile Group in Langfang, Hebei. From the current situation of non-woven fabrics, the uniformity of the fabric and the tensile strength have completely met the design requirements. After the first successful driving in Ji'an, Jiangxi, our company successfully launched a two-component spunbond spunlace production line. It uses PET/PA6 two kinds of slices as raw materials, adopts the production process of hollow orange-shaped two-component spunbond + spunlace, and the single-filament fineness can reach 0.075-0.175D (after fiber opening). In the second production line, we have made many improvements in the process. For example, in the ducted air drafting, after technical research, the paving accuracy is improved, the drafting is smooth, the uniformity of the cloth surface is consistent, and the drafting speed is also It has been improved, which has greatly increased the production capacity of the entire production line. Last year, our company developed steadily and benefited from the continuous research and development of new technologies and new products.
In 2012, our company will continue to tackle the direction of technological innovation. Actively explore a variety of fiber materials, interdisciplinary fields and a number of process integration, develop new products and new equipment, continue to meet market demand, and make its own contribution to the development of China's nonwovens industry.
Flame retardant new products are waiting to be widely promoted
Lu Lin, Chief Executive Officer of Shaoxing Yeying Textile Co., Ltd.
The main problem faced by enterprises in 2011 is financing difficulties. This should also be a common situation in China's SMEs. The difficulty of corporate capital turnover is a major problem that needs to be solved urgently.
Our company now has 6 production lines. The company is good at product innovation and developing new products. Our market prospects are very good. Many foreign customers are also very optimistic about our company's products, and now we are waiting to promote it.
In the new year, I hope that companies can continue to develop products, continue to develop new products, and promote products in large areas. This year we will add another "flame retardant" production line to realize the full set of the most distinctive non-woven wallpapers that can be pasted repeatedly. No matter how difficult it is in the future, we will continue to promote non-woven new products.
