Voith acquires two tissue machine orders from a Brazilian pulp and paper company
China Paper Network February 24th: Recently, Voith signed a contract with Suzano Papel e Celulose to deliver two tissue machines to each other. Two paper machines will be installed at the Suzano Papel e Celulose factory in Imperatriz and Mucuri. According to the plan, the paper machine in Imperatriz is expected to start up in June 2017, and another paper machine installed at the Mukuri plant will be put into operation in September 2017.
Voith will supply Suzano Papel e Celulos with a complete line of tissue machines that will be equipped with Voith's NipcoFlex T-shoe press technology and the EcoChange waterjet reeling system for reliable roll change. In accordance with the general contract signed by the two parties, Voith will provide all auxiliary equipment and corresponding services in addition to the paper machine. After the equipment is installed, the daily paper output of each machine will reach nearly 220 tons, and the running speed will be 2000 meters per minute.
